As a luxury Waukesha extended family photographer, it was such an honor to capture this four generation session.
I met these four beautiful women at Retzer Nature Center this fall to photograph them for their extended family photo session. This was a very special session for these ladies. This family session was meant to document four generations of women in their family. It was so fun to be a part of this special occasion!
Just a few months prior to this, I had photographed Sarah and Ramiah for a special mommy and me session when Ramiah was first born. During that session I captured some of their first cozy moments at home. We spent time in newborn Ramiah’s nursery, and even got some great shots of Sarah nursing her new baby. You can go back and see Ramiah’s newborn session here! Their session was so sweet and fun that when she reached out to me about doing an extended family session, I knew it would be fantastic!
I’m so grateful that they chose me to document this special time in their lives. Even though baby Ramiah had taken a nice nap that day, she wasn’t exactly in the mood for pictures. But she did fantastic and gave me so many sweet facial expressions! She even stood for some of the photos, and sat on her own too for a few of just her! I just adore the close-up one of Sarah holding Ramiah, (with Robin and Joyce also in the frame, but not focused) and Ramiah is looking directly into my lens! Those eyes are so precious! You can just see how much these ladies love her by the way they look at her too!
Take a few minutes to look through their fall family session and leave some love in the comments below for this beautiful family! Thank you for trusting luxury Waukesha extended family photographer, Talia Laird Photography to tell your story!
