If there’s one thing I adore about being a Luxury Brookfield Family Photographer… it’s photographing sweet families at sunset!
What a fun outdoor Brookfield family session I had with the Sweeney family at sunset! I met the Sweeney Family at Foxbrook Park in Brookfield, Wisconsin for their outdoor family session right as the sun was coming down. Ahh, that beautiful golden light! This was a very special family session because it was to celebrate the first birthday of sweet Annabelle Grace. Mom had her all decked out in the most adorable floofy pink dress and matching bow, and she totally rocked her session! Her sweet puppy even got to sneak in for a few shots! I can always count on the family pooch to help get a few fun candid smiles out of baby! 😉 Wait until you see how tiny and cute Miss Annabelle looks next to her big dog, Penny!
Outdoor family sessions are my favorite! Okay, so I may have said that before about shooting in-home newborns, or in-home families, or maternity, … okay, so I have a lot of favorites! 🙂 But seriously, you guys! This session was so much fun! The location, the family, the sunset, and that incredible tree! Wait until you get to the picture that is a pull back shot (taken at a distance) of this sweet family swooning over their little girl under this incredible tree!!
It was such an honor to help this family capture the small moments that make Annabelle so sweet in the stage she’s in right now. Her one year old milestone will certainly be one to remember! Everyone always says it; “they grow up so fast”… and it’s true, they grow so so fast! I was so fortunate to get to see Annabelle in these moments. Some of her favorite things to do at the session were to play with her puppy, make fun noises with her lips, babble, hold on to mom or dad’s fingers, play patty-cake, and of course, give lots of sweet hugs. We just had to run a bit from the mosquitos! But that didn’t stop us from catching all of these sweet moments and more!
