I love mixing my passions for education and photography together. This Waukesha family session was the sweetest and you aren’t going to want to miss session!
I met the Peterson family at a beautiful nature park for their session. When I first met this family I knew we were going to have a blast. The family was super sweet and the littlest one, Harper, had so much fun dancing and jumping around. Some of my favorite parts about sessions are when families are comfortable and their personalities come out. It always shows in the pictures when the family is genuinely having a good time.
One of my favorite things about this session is that it was a truly a work of love! You may not know this about us, but my husband is currently and I was formerly an educator. Without being able to do both photography and teaching, I had to find a way to merge my two passions. So every year I donate a certain number of sessions to schools to support new and innovative learning for kids. This session was a donation to my husband’s current school and I couldn’t have loved it more! Jessica looked stunning in the pink dress she chose from the wardrobe (for more pieces from the Talia Laird Photography wardrobe, click here!) and little Harper in this grey romper from the wardrobe was almost too much for my heart to handle!
It was an honor meeting the Peterson family and being able to capture memories that they can cherish forever. Now without further ado, please enjoy some of my favorite moments from this Waukesha Family Session.
