Have I mentioned before how much I LOVE in home lifestyle family sessions?! If your babe has a milestone that takes place in the winter, that doesn’t mean you can’t capture great photos. I love doing in home milestone sessions as a fine art Oconomowoc family photographer! You’re in for some amazing photos! Just wait until you see how much beautiful light was flooding into this home as I captured baby Hayes grabbing his little toesies during their Oconomowoc family session!
I had the great honor to meet the Wagner Family as they celebrated their baby boy, Hayes, turning 6 months old. Rick and his wife Kirstin love their baby boy. They decided to have a family session at their one of their two homes. They travel back and forth from their home in Michigan and their home in Wisconsin because of Rick’s career. He plays for the Detroit Lions, but Kirstin shared that Oconomowoc has always felt like home for them. And, I must say, their home was a photographer’s dream. Their home had so many beautiful windows, so the session was done with all natural lighting; my favorite!
Now onto the star of this photoshoot, little Mr. Hayes. This little squish is the cutest thing ever. He’s at the age where he’s always grabbing his toes and putting everything in his mouth, which made for some amazingly adorable milestone photos. We had so much fun snuggling, playing, and reading books. His smile was absolutely contagious. And, his eyes were so blue and beautiful! Hayes’ parents decorated his nursery in the most charming vintage airplane decor. I always love when I can tell that a family has put a lot of time into making the nursery so special for their little one. It’s all the love that went into each tiny detail that makes it so special. This family selected a beautiful linen fine art album to display in their home and to always remember Hayes at this adorable age.
