As a Shorewood family photographer, I can honestly say that it is a DREAM when families come back to me year after year. I get to know them on such a personal level and we slowly become real life friends! The Somers family is so adorable, loving, and fun which makes capturing precious moments of them on camera so easy. For this session we met on a gorgeous Fall afternoon at my favorite park near Shorewood.
I feel SO lucky that I get to call this work my “job” because it truly never feels like work when you love what you do! It is a joy to watch my families grow and this one has always been one of my favorites. Addie was so adorable in this little white dress her momma picked from the wardrobe for her and Clyde gave off some of the sweetest smiles and cuddles!
This family is always so darling! It is truly my favorite when I pick up my camera and the family in front of me purely just enjoys having fun and loving on each other. It ALWAYS shows in their photos. Just think of how beautiful these photos will be when they are printed and hung. I can imagine how the family will always enjoy each day as they are surrounded by these beautiful memories! Check out the custom gallery wall we designed for their dining room (it’s the last image)! Each cuddle, toss in the air, every smile, and loving gaze just about melted me and my camera!
It is unbelievable how much each of these little sweeties has grown since our first session together! Scroll to the very end to see how little they were at our first session together! Little Addie was basically just a baby! I can’t wait to deliver their artwork! Will just be here dreaming of our next session together as it is always such a heartwarming time that produces priceless memories!
