I was so pumped when Niki reached out to schedule an in-home Milwaukee family session with her sweet baby girl. As a Milwaukee family photographer, I get to meet amazing mamas, through the wonderful mothers I already know. I know Niki through a friend and it has been so much fun watching all of my friends, and all of their friends, become parents! Niki is a wonderful mother and her little one is the cutest. Believe it or not, this shoot was actually taken on the gloomiest day ever! But that didn’t put a damper on the fun we had at all! This family was full of love, which radiated throughout the whole room and session.
Sweet Rory who was just 4 months old at the time, lit up the room with her contagious smile! She was full of giggles, and smiles and they all looked amazing in their pieces from our client wardrobe! Not to mention, her bright blue eyes were gorgeous, and she was very laid back. One of my favorite parts of the sessions, besides meeting the family, are creating beautiful portraits that the families can cherish forever. As a mother, I know how important family memories are, and my goal is to capture these beautiful moments, that families can always remember. And, the Sokn family is already enjoying their images up on the wall in their living room!
