I met the Kimmerle Family at their beautiful home in Menomonee Falls for their lifestyle family session to celebrate their baby girl, Penelope, turning 6 months old. Just 6 months prior, I had done her newborn photos and I cannot believe how big she has gotten (see her newborn session here!). It is always such a pleasure to get to watch your littlest clients grow and to capture them in all of these adorable stages! It reminded me of my son, and how it is important to cherish these moments with our children through these different stages in life. One of the things that I loved about the session was the love that Ashlie and Max share with their daughter, which radiated throughout the room and photoshoot.
During the photoshoot little Miss Penelope was a smiley, goofy girl. I always love doing photoshoots with children like Penelope because all they want to do is smile, giggle, and play with their parents. Penelope loved to bite on her toes, drink her milk, read books, and play with her stuffed animals. This photoshoot meant a lot to me because like I said before I was able to see Penelope grow throughout these past 6 months and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this amazing little girl.
