The Valley Family | Boutique Pewaukee Family Photographer

I LOVE being a boutique Pewaukee Family Photographer! ESPECIALLY when I get to do sunset sessions, like this beach session.

I met the Vally Family at Pewaukee beach for their Pewaukee family session. Little Wade was turning one so his momma wanted to document his one-year-old milestone by having me capture him in all of his sweetness! This was Wade’s first time experiencing sand! At first, he was a little unsure, but as we continued the photo session he started to warm up to the idea. Don’t get me wrong, I love doing sessions at the families home but I LOVE when families want to do a little something different for their session. This beach was the perfect location for this family. I was able to capture many sweet moments for this family.

One thing that I have learned throughout my journey as a photographer is that sometimes kids want to dive head first into the photoshoot and others are a little unsure about getting their picture taken. The star of this Pewaukee family session was Wade, but it took some warming up to get him to shine. One of the most adorable things about Wade (other than his hair, of course) was that he loved when his mom or dad would announce him as if he were on the starting lineup for a sports team.  (Announcer Voice: “NOW INTRODUCINGGG…!!! WADEEEEE VALLLLLEY)! Hint hint* that’s how we got all those smiles out of him!

It has been an honor to photograph this beautiful family at Pewaukee beach to celebrate their little one turning one. I can not wait to see this little man grow. Without further ado, please enjoy some of my favorite moments from this Pewaukee family session.
